Why o Why?

I'm a bit sad at the moment. My husband has just gone back to Lahad Datu. Will be seeing him again in two weeks maybe. It's been a year since he asked for transfer till now he still couldn't get it. What are the people in jptek think? Do they want to keep him there forever? I don't understand their way of handling things.
