Lampin or prefold?

I've been trying to cloth diapering my baby and my toddlers with the newly discovered cloth diaper. I read in the net that using prefold is better than the traditional lampin. Yes, i do see the point. When using lampin i have to change frequently. It does not absorb much. But with the prefold i find it quite bulky and my baby, Ezra, looks really funny wearing it. And during rainy days it is more convenient to use disposable diapers. Hmm..maybe i don't have enough prefolds. It takes longer to dry.
